# Sound N' Sail Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 10 guests in four bedrooms plus a private den, with four queen beds and two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 2 has two soundside queen bedrooms with deck access, a third queen bedroom, and a private den with two twin beds. Two full bathrooms have a standing shower and a shower/tub combination respectively. A wet bar and laundry are also on this level. Level 3 has a soundside queen ensuite bedroom with a standing shower and deck access, a half bathroom, a great room, a kitchen and a dining area. Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, outdoor furniture, a gas grill and an outdoor shower. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, pod/Keurig coffee maker, dishes, utensils and cookware. Five beach chairs are provided. Guests have access to an outdoor community pool; community tennis is available for a fee. The private soundfront pier offers water access and sunset views. Bed and bath linens are not provided; pillows and blankets are supplied. The Welcome Program provides arrival starter supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, a trash bag, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These are starter quantities only; guests supply additional paper products, trash bags and soaps.
