The dining area features expansive balcony doors, a double-height ceiling, a pendant light, exposed brickwork and reclaimed floors. The modern kitchen has a charcoal island, geometric floor tiles, an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

The principal bedroom has a double bed, a skylight, private balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has generous wardrobe space and a trundle bed that can be arranged as a double or two singles. The family bathroom has a bath with a built-in shower and a wash basin. Two separate WCs are located outside the bathrooms. The balcony has a seating area.

The apartment is on the fifth floor with lift access. Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, bed linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.
