House rules

The primary renter must be at least 25. Smoking and pets are prohibited. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $40.00 per reservation night. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest’s expense. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule reasonable daytime visits.

Getting there

Havens Beach is a five-minute walk away. Ocean beaches are a 12-minute drive away. Sag Harbor village, grocery stores, a health food store and a farmers market are less than a mile away. The village and house are within walking distance of Jitney access. The property is not suitable for multiple families and is not handicap accessible. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May.
