House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must submit a passport or valid ID for check-in, as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 2500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
Getting there
The Mall of the Emirates and JBR Beach are an 18–20-minute drive away. Restaurants, cafes and shopping outlets in JVC are within walking distance.
