The house

The home has an open floor plan, a colorful living area with streaming TV and a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for four. The adjacent dining table seats six, and a covered patio provides poolside outdoor dining. The enclosed yard contains an optionally heated pool and pool spa, a cabana with a day bed, chaise lounges, a private putting green, cornhole and giant-size Jenga. A gas grill, washer and dryer are available. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stovetop, toaster and cooking utensils. Linens, sheets, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.
