Adults only. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Accommodation is for four guests plus one extra guest sleeping on a single folding bed. Contact the agritourism staff to use the laundry, and consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per person per night in low season and €2.2 per person per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The apartment spans two floors, with both bedrooms on the first floor. It is not suitable for families with small children. Inca town is 3 km away; Inca railway station is 5.5 km away and the bus stop is 3.5 km away. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 24 km away, the ferry terminal is 25 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 43 km away, Golf Alcanada is 26 km away and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca is 3.5 km away.
