## About the house

The 80 m² apartment occupies two floors and accommodates four guests plus one extra guest on a single folding bed. The entrance opens into a combined living and dining area with sofas and a dining table seating six. A microwave and electric coffee maker are provided.

Both bedrooms are on the first floor. Each has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor spaces include a furnished porch, a garden beside the communal swimming pool and paths around the farmhouse. The estate is fenced and other guests stay in the farmhouse. A barbecue and ironing board are provided. Laundry use must be arranged with the agritourism staff. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for four cars are available.

Inca has supermarkets, shops and a Thursday market. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 24 km away.

The apartment spans two floors, with both bedrooms on the first floor. It is not suitable for families with small children. Inca town is 3 km away; Inca railway station is 5.5 km away and the bus stop is 3.5 km away. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 24 km away, the ferry terminal is 25 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 43 km away, Golf Alcanada is 26 km away and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca is 3.5 km away.

Contact the agritourism staff to use the laundry, and consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per person per night in low season and €2.2 per person per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
