The house

The fenced property has gardens, a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 metres and 1.1–1.70 metres deep, six sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A large pergola provides an outdoor barbecue area, alongside a lounge area with sofas and a coffee table and a small children's playground.

The house has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with satellite TV, music facilities and an induction hob on the kitchen island. Kitchen facilities also include a microwave and oven. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Oil central heating is available for winter.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, a wardrobe or walk-in wardrobe and direct terrace access. The main-floor double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and separate jetted bathtub; a second shower bathroom serves the rest of that floor. Upstairs are a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.

Campos town is about 5.3 km away and has restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a Thursday-morning market selling local produce and other goods. Es Trenc Beach is about 6.2 km away; other nearby beaches include Sa Ràpita and Colònia de Sant Jordi. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for eight cars are available.
