Pets are not allowed. A €150 booking fee applies to every booking. A Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person applies. A refundable breakage deposit equal to 20% of the booking is required by credit-card hold with the last payment. Cancellation charges are 50% of the total rent from booking until 61 days before check-in, and 100% from 60 days before check-in, for no-show, and from 60 days before check-in until arrival.
Getting there
