The house measures 300 m² on a 15,000 m² plot and retains handmade details, including a branch-shaped lamp. Outdoor spaces include a garden, a hemp porch, a barbecue and four sun loungers. The private 3 × 8 m pool is 0.45–1.6 m deep and uses water circulation through sand and plants for chemical-free cleaning. On the ground floor, the living-dining room has satellite TV and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery.
