## About the house

The house occupies a fully fenced 3,400 m² plot with some neighbours nearby. Outdoor spaces include a porch, terraces, sun loungers, hammocks, sofas, restored rocking chairs, outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue. A 12 × 5 m chlorine pool has depths of 0.7–1.9 m, and its area is fenced off from the rest of the terrace. A table-tennis table, basketball hoop, trampoline and sauna are available.

The open-plan living room and kitchen have wooden beams and stone walls, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob and microwave, a dining table for six and a breakfast table for four. All three bedrooms are on the same level: two have a double bed each, and the third has a single bed. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a wardrobe or dressing room. Two bathrooms with showers serve the house. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Montuïri village, with basic services, shops and restaurants, is 2 km away. Sa Ràpita beach is approximately 30 km away. Free outdoor parking accommodates four cars.
