The house

The house occupies two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, and two double bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms. Upstairs are one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All five bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite shower bathrooms. A cot and high chair can be provided. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

Outside are a large garden, a chlorine swimming pool measuring 9 × 4 metres with depths of 1–2 metres, and a furnished porch with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and barbecues. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for six cars are available.

Campos is 1 km away, approximately two minutes by car, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies. Es Trenc Beach is 13 km away; Es Trenc and Cala Mondragó can be reached by car. Palma is approximately 30 minutes away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 32 km away, Son Antem golf course 20 km, Manacor train station and Hospital de Manacor 26 km, Campos bus stop 1 km and Palma ferry terminal 40 km.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations, events and pets are not permitted. Copies of all guests’ identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
