Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season to €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
