Pets are not allowed. Events are forbidden. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid directly to the owner on arrival.

Port d’Alcúdia Beach is 7.6 km away; Alcúdia town is 7 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 53.5 km away, Golf Alcanada 11.7 km, Sa Pobla train station 8.5 km, the bus stop on Av. Príncep d’Espanya in Alcúdia 7.5 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 11 km, and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 17.2 km. Outdoor parking accommodates six cars. The winery can be visited on arrival and is closed afterwards.
