## About the house

Son Simó Vell occupies more than 340,000 m² of agricultural land surrounded by almond trees, olive trees and vineyards. The estate produces wine, extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruit, garden produce and eggs, with produce available to guests. Furnished terraces and a large garden surround a private 16 × 4 m saltwater pool, 0.9–1.9 m deep, with 16 sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The eight bedrooms are arranged over two floors. Each has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower, air conditioning, a wardrobe, minibar, satellite television, safe and oil heating. An annex contains a small gym and two additional bathrooms, each with a washbasin, toilet and shower. Up to two cots and two high chairs can be provided.

The industrial kitchen has a gas hob and cooking utensils. The living room and spacious dining room both have air conditioning. The laundry room contains a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for six cars are available. Guests are invited to visit the winery on arrival; it is closed afterwards.

Port d’Alcúdia Beach is 7.6 km away, and Alcúdia town is 7 km away. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are available in Alcúdia and Sa Pobla. Pets and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.

Príncep d’Espanya in Alcúdia 7.5 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 11 km, and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 17.2 km. Outdoor parking accommodates six cars. The winery can be visited on arrival and is closed afterwards.

Pets are not allowed. Events are forbidden. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid directly to the owner on arrival.
