The house

The 120 m² house spans two floors within a fenced property with neighbouring homes. Outdoor spaces include a poolside terrace with sunbeds, an entrance porch, an arbour with a table for barbecues and a seating corner behind the house. Guests have free access to an ecological vegetable garden with seasonal produce. The private chlorine pool measures 6 × 4.5 metres and is 0.5–1.5 metres deep.

The living room has a sofa and satellite TV. The rustic kitchen and dining area share a space with a table for four, an induction hob, microwave and basic cooking equipment; there is no oven. A split air-conditioning unit with a heat pump serves the living room and upstairs attic area. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available.

The ground floor has two bedrooms with wardrobes and countryside views: one has a single bed and the other has two beds. One ground-floor bathroom with a shower serves the whole house. Upstairs are two attic sleeping rooms without doors or wardrobes, open to the lower floor; one has a single bed and the other a double bed. A cot and high chair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby.

Sa Pobla offers supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional Majorcan restaurants. Playa de Alcudia is 13 km away, and the Port d’Alcúdia beach is 12 km away. Other nearby beach destinations include Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and els Capellans. Free exterior parking accommodates three cars.
