## About the house

The estate covers more than 20 hectares and has been converted into a 4-star superior agrotourism hotel. Its 15 rooms include suites and private villas with terraces and gardens. Facilities include an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, sauna, massage cabin, gym, organic garden and Restaurante Son Sabater. The restaurant serves Mallorcan cuisine and welcomes hotel guests and visitors. The hotel is on the outskirts of Sa Pobla, 15 minutes from Alcudia Bay, 20 minutes from Pollença and less than 45 minutes from Palma.

## Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes. Restaurante Son Sabater serves Mediterranean cuisine indoors and outdoors and is open to hotel guests and visitors. It operates Wednesday through Sunday and is closed from November 1 to April 10. Advance reservations are required. Lunch and dinner hours are 12:00–14:30 and 18:30–22:00. Pets are not accepted in the restaurant.

## Are children welcome?
Children are welcome. Children up to 1 year old can stay with their parents for free; the adult rate applies from age 2. Children under 18 must be accompanied by family or legal guardians. The hotel does not offer a kids’ club or fun zone.

## Is there a spa?
Yes. The spa is for hotel residents only, and access is free for them. Facilities include a gym, jacuzzi, shower and sauna. Swimsuits are mandatory. The spa is not wheelchair accessible, and pets are not allowed in the area.
