The 90 m² house is arranged over one floor on a 14,000 m² property. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds; both have wardrobes and a fan. A cot is available if needed. One bathroom with a shower serves the whole house.
The living-dining area has a sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A high chair, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi is available. Electricity is supplied by solar panels.
Outside are gardens, a raised chlorinated pool measuring 4.5 m with a uniform depth of 1.20 m, a terrace with four sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue and a furnished 60 m² porch. Outdoor parking accommodates four cars.
