The house

The two-storey main house has traditional Mallorcan stone walls and exposed beams. Its ground floor includes a living area with two sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped ceramic-hob kitchen, plus a second kitchen-living-dining area with a gas stove. Two ground-floor bedrooms each have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom; one bathroom has a shower and the other a bathtub. Upstairs are a small lounge with two sofas and two twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower bathroom.

S’Ametller and S’Olivera are single-storey apartments in the same building, each with a separate outside entrance and accommodation for two guests. Each has an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area with a sofa, table and ceramic hob, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. S’Ametller also has a small terrace with a table and two chairs. Sa Bovera occupies a separate building and accommodates four guests in two twin bedrooms sharing a shower bathroom. It has an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area with a sofa and ceramic hob, an outdoor terrace with a table and its own private chlorine pool.

The main outdoor area has a private 11 × 5.5 m chlorine pool, a separate children’s pool, sun loungers and parasols. A shaded porch has sofas, while another porch has a barbecue and a long dining table. An outdoor bathroom has a shower. All eight bedrooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available, and the main building has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

The estate is in the rural surroundings of Campos, among agricultural paths and Mediterranean scenery. Campos village is a short distance away, with a market, restaurants and shops. Coastal destinations include Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita.
