The house

The house has two terraces, a covered porch, seven sun loungers and a barbecue. The private saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 1–1.80 metres deep.

The living room has two sofas, air conditioning, a pellet stove and satellite TV. The air-conditioned dining kitchen includes a ceramic hob and microwave. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.

All three bedrooms have a wardrobe, air conditioning and an exit outdoors. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. A cot and high chair are available. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for four cars are provided.

Montuïri is 3 km away, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The Ma-15 provides access to the rest of the island. Portocolom Beach is 31 km away; Sa Ràpita and Es Trenc are other beach destinations. Felanitx has a Sunday street market.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
