The house

The 400 m² house spans three storeys within fenced grounds with no neighbours in view. Outdoors are green areas, sun loungers, shade trees and a terrace with a built-in barbecue and a dining table for 12. The private chlorine pool measures 7 × 4 metres and is 1.2–1.5 metres deep.

An open-plan room combines the living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living area has two sofas, satellite TV and a wood-burning stove, alongside an indoor dining table for 12. The kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, a wood-fired oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a small additional table. A separate laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Central heating is available for winter, and Wi-Fi is free.

The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a fan, with a separate shower bathroom on that floor. The other five bedrooms are on the first floor, each with a double bed, fan, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. This floor also has a games room with consoles and another shower bathroom. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Montuïri is 1.7 km away, with supermarkets, small shops and restaurants. El Arenal beach is 26.9 km away. Free outdoor parking accommodates three cars. Pets are welcome; events and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit must be paid directly to the owner on arrival.
