The house

The house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa, fireplace and Smart TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with dining space, a fireplace, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the other has two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs, a third bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. An additional shower bathroom is next to the house. A washing machine, crib and high chair are provided.

The gardens contain a saltwater infinity pool measuring 7 by 3.5 metres, with variable depth up to 1.40 metres, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a children's play area. The porch has a mobile barbecue and an equipped gas kitchen. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar town centre is 2.3 km away. The surrounding area offers hiking trails through hills and forests, the eighteenth-century parish church of Sant Llorenç and Llevant Peninsula Natural Park. Cala Millor, Cala Bona and Cala Morlanda beaches are within a short distance. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events, smoking and pets are not permitted.
