The villa has a saltwater pool measuring 8 × 4 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres, a porch overlooking the pool, a barbecue and six sun loungers. The plot is fenced, with neighbours nearby.
Inside, gas central heating serves the single-storey house. The living area has sofas, an armchair, satellite TV and a wood-burning cooker, and opens to the dining area. A separate kitchen includes a gas hob, microwave, appliances and utensils, a pantry and a breakfast table. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Each of the three bedrooms has two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the house. A cot and highchair can be prepared on request. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for four cars are available.
The house is near the highway connecting routes across Mallorca, with a bus stop 800 metres away. Palma offers shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Illetes beach is approximately 10.3 km away; Son Sant Joan Airport is 11 km away.
