The house

The outdoor grounds have a private chlorine pool measuring 12 × 8 metres, with depths from 1.20 to 2.50 metres, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The house has gas central heating and a fireplace. The ground floor contains a separate dining room, a living room with a Smart TV and two sofas, a separate fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and microwave, and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs there is another living room and five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower; a staircase leads directly to the garden. The other four bedrooms each have two single beds and wardrobes, some shared. Two of these bedrooms have terrace access. A further full bathroom is on this floor.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Up to two cots and two high chairs can be provided. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.

Artà is 3.2 km away. Nearby places to visit include the Talayotica de Ses Païses archaeological site, the hermitage of Betlem and the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador. Artà’s beaches are a 15-minute drive away, and Platja Colonia de Sant Pere is 10.1 km away.
