The grounds contain trees, plants and free-roaming hens. A lawn surrounds the private chlorine pool, which measures 12 × 6 metres and is 0.75–2.15 metres deep. There is a furnished stone terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower bathroom.
On the main floor, the living-dining room has a sofa and satellite TV. The separate gas kitchen has cooking utensils, a microwave and an oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Two bedrooms are on this floor: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
Stairs lead to a second living room with two armchairs and a third bedroom with a double bed. A cot and highchair can be prepared for younger guests. Equipment includes two radiators and three fans. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.
