The grounds contain trees, plants and free-roaming hens. A lawn surrounds the private chlorine pool, which measures 12 × 6 metres and is 0.75–2.15 metres deep. There is a furnished stone terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower bathroom.

On the main floor, the living-dining room has a sofa and satellite TV. The separate gas kitchen has cooking utensils, a microwave and an oven/stove. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
