Maximum occupancy is six guests. Pets are welcome; consult the advertiser for possible charges. Events and smoking are prohibited. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to every guest aged 16 or over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
The house has two storeys, with one bedroom and a shower bathroom on the ground floor. Felanitx is 5.5 km away, a five-minute drive. Cala Sa Nau beach is 17 km away. Portocolom beach, Mondragó Natural Park, Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi are reachable by car. Palma de Mallorca airport is 42 km away. Exterior parking accommodates seven cars.
