The 200 m², two-storey house stands on a fenced 14,700 m² countryside plot with few neighbours. Outdoors are a private chlorine swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue area and a veranda with a dining table and chairs. The pool measures 4 × 8 m and is 1–1.85 m deep.

The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, and fireplace. There is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower on this floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, another twin bedroom and a second shower bathroom. A third shower bathroom is outside. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with a cot and high chair for babies.

Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for seven cars are available. Nearby paths offer walking and cycling. Felanitx, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is a five-minute drive away. Cala Sa Nau beach is 17 km away; Portocolom beach, Mondragó Natural Park, Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi are reachable by car. Palma is 46 km away and Palma de Mallorca airport is 42 km away.

Pets are welcome. Events and smoking are not allowed. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over.
