Outside are a 9 × 3.5 m private saltwater pool, 0.5–1.8 m deep, an outdoor shower, two terraces, a furnished porch, a garden, sun loungers, parasols and a fixed barbecue. The ground floor has a separate living room with three sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen opens to the dining area and includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Heating, a fireplace, towels, a hair dryer and a safe are also available.
