The house

The outdoor area has a 10 × 5 m saltwater pool, up to 2 m deep, with sun loungers, a furnished terrace, a mobile barbecue and a ping-pong table. Most first-floor bedrooms open onto a furnished terrace.

The rustic interior includes an air-conditioned living room with sofas and a Smart TV, open to the dining area, and a fully equipped induction kitchen. An additional first-floor lounge with sofas leads to the upstairs bedrooms.

All six bedrooms have air conditioning, with three on each floor. Each floor has one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. One ground-floor double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a small sitting area with sofas. Two additional ground-floor bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub respectively. Upstairs, the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub respectively; there is also a separate shower bathroom and a guest toilet.

A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. Exterior parking accommodates six cars.

The villa is surrounded by greenery near Palma and the coast. Platja de Cala Major is 6.1 km away, Palma airport is 14.2 km away, and a car is recommended during your stay. Check-in is only possible until 22:00.
