The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 39.6 km away, Manacor train station is 12 km away, and the Plaça Tomeu Penya bus stop is 1.1 km away. Exterior parking is limited to four cars.
