The cottage provides 350 m² over two levels. The ground floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. The first-floor air-conditioned double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to a private, unfurnished terrace. There is also a separate shower bathroom and a washroom.

The air-conditioned sitting-dining room has a fireplace and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes an electric stove and microwave. A washer, iron and ironing board are available, along with free Wi-Fi.

Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 9.5 × 4 m and is 1.1–1.7 m deep. There are six sun loungers, a barbecue, a furnished ground-floor terrace, and furnished and unfurnished terraces on the first floor. Free exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Vilafranca has shops, restaurants and cafés a short drive away. Manacor is 10 km away, and Sineu, with its Wednesday market, is about a 20-minute drive. The coast is about 30 minutes away by car; Porto Cristo beach is 32 km away. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival.

Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
