## About the house

The cottage stands in a quiet area surrounded by fields, on a fenced plot with no next-door neighbours. Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 9 × 4 metres, with depths of 1–1.8 metres, six loungers, two parasols, a garden, a barbecue and a porch with a table and six seats.

The traditionally styled living room opens onto the pool terrace and has satellite television with German and English channels. The open kitchen includes cooking utensils, a gas stove, an oven and a microwave; the indoor dining table seats six. Heating and free Wi-Fi are available. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. The fireplace cannot be used.

Three bedrooms have windows overlooking the pool or countryside and a fan each. One has two single beds and a closet; the other two each have a double bed, with a wardrobe in one and a dressing room in the other. One double bedroom opens onto the terrace and has a private shower room; a cot can be prepared there on request. A second shower bathroom is available, and a high chair can be provided.

Porreres is approximately 3.3 km away, with a grocery shop, restaurants, bars and a market selling fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the year. Es Trenc and Sa Rapita beaches and Porto Colom are about a 30-minute drive away. Free exterior parking accommodates three cars. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a security deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 37.4 km away, Golf Son Gual is 37 km away, Estació de Manacor train station is 46.9 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 50.7 km away and Hospital de Manacor is 18 km away. Exterior parking is limited to three cars.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A security deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay, and guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
