The house

The outdoor areas include a chlorine swimming pool measuring 7.5 × 3.5 metres with a uniform depth of 1.70 metres, loungers, and a barbecue area beneath a shaded porch with an outdoor dining table.

The first house has two floors. Its living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV and opens to the dining area. The kitchen has a ceramic cooktop and cooking utensils. The ground floor also has a second sitting room, an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are two air-conditioned double bedrooms with outdoor access: one has a balcony and the other a terrace with two loungers. A second full bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor.

The second house has its main living accommodation on the first floor; its ground floor is not accessible. An open-plan kitchen with a ceramic cooktop connects to the living-dining area and an outdoor balcony. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a trundle bed accommodating two people, plus a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, a second sitting area leads to a terrace with two loungers.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available. A crib and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. Maria de la Salut has bars and restaurants, with rural countryside, fields and vineyards nearby. Can Picafort and Muro beaches are approximately 15 km away.
