The house

The house has a private garden, a shaded porch and a chlorine-treated swimming pool measuring 8 × 3 metres, with depths from 0.50 to 2 metres and an outdoor shower. A second kitchen contains a barbecue, gas hob and spacious dining area.

The main living areas are on the ground floor. The living room has a fireplace, Smart TV and air conditioning, and connects to the dining area. The main kitchen has a gas hob; kitchen equipment also includes a microwave. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes: one has two single beds, one has a double bed, and one has a double bed and a bunk bed for one person. A cot is available. The ground-floor family bathroom has a shower, bath and bidet.

A second bathroom with a shower is on the lower level (-1), reached separately from outside. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available, and a change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Manacor is 4.6 km away, with restaurants, shops, traditional markets and the Rafa Nadal Museum. Porto Cristo and its beach are 16.7 km away; nearby coastal attractions include its harbour, the Drach Caves, Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. Rotana Greens is 8.9 km away, and the Via Verde between Manacor and Artà offers walking and cycling.
