The fenced property has a private chlorine pool measuring 9 × 4.5 metres, with depths from 0.9 to 2.05 metres. Outdoor facilities include poolside sun loungers, a lawn for volleyball and a barbecue under the porch.
The ground-floor living, dining and kitchen area has satellite TV, air conditioning in both the living and kitchen-dining areas, and a ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment also includes a microwave. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.
Two main-floor bedrooms each have air conditioning, one double bed and two single beds in a loft area. Two bathrooms with bathtubs are on the ground floor. The two first-floor bedrooms each have a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two cots and a high chair are available.
