The focal point during the warmer months is the chlorine pool (10 x 5 m, depth from 1.70 to 1.80 m), shared with a single neighbor and equipped with child protection.

Guests can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a refreshment at the outdoor table with open views. At the entrance area, another table invites you to a quiet reading moment, and behind it, there is a small chapel available to guests. Please note that privacy is partial due to the proximity of other residents. The accommodation, featuring the typical style of Mallorcan estates with distinctive stone walls, has been designed to provide the desired rest.

This apartment is laid out on a single floor and includes a kitchen equipped with gas hobs and all necessary utensils. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with a fan, heating, and wardrobe. A full bathroom with a bathtub serves the space. The pool is available until 9:00 p.m. in July and August, and until 8:00 p.m. in September and October.
