Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Pool use ends at 21:00 in July and August and at 20:00 in September and October; seasonal opening and closing dates may change under community regulations without prior notice.

An own vehicle is essential. Cala Sa Nau beach is 20.7 km away; Felanitx is 7.3 km away; Palma de Mallorca Airport is 45 km away. Vall d’Or golf course is 19.8 km away, Manacor train station is 21.2 km away, the Felanitx bus stop is 5.8 km away, Palma ferry terminal is 50.2 km away and Hospital de Manacor is 22 km away. The second bedroom also has independent access via exterior stairs. Privacy is partial because there are neighbors.
