## About the house

The stone-walled apartment has a small living room and a kitchen with gas hobs, cooking utensils and a microwave. Both bedrooms have a double bed, a fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom opens onto a terrace and also has independent access via exterior stairs. A washing machine is available, and a crib and high chair can be provided.

The grounds have native trees, sun loungers and outdoor tables, including a table with two chairs at the entrance. A small chapel is available for guests to use. Neighbors are present, privacy is partial, and several resident cats live on the estate.

The shared chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres and is 1.70–1.80 metres deep. Pool use ends at 21:00 in July and August and at 20:00 in September and October. Seasonal opening and closing dates depend on community regulations and may change without notice; updated information is available on arrival.

An own vehicle is essential for exploring the island. Felanitx is 7.3 km away, Cala Sa Nau beach is 20.7 km away and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 45 km away. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for six cars are available.
