Events and smoking are not permitted. Pool and garden maintenance takes place several days a week at 06:00. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival. Mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house has two floors, with all bedrooms on the first floor. The 7,100 m² plot is unfenced. Manacor is 3 km away; Porto Cristo beach is 16.3 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 49.3 km away, Manacor train station 3.9 km, the bus stop in Manacor 2.9 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 37.2 km and Hospital de Manacor 2.8 km. Exterior parking is limited to one car.
