The two-storey villa stands on an unfenced 7,100 m² plot with field views, a garden, several outdoor dining terraces, six sun loungers and a children's playground. The private chlorinated above-ground pool measures 7 × 4 m and is 1.30 m deep.

On the main floor, the living area has satellite television and a fireplace, alongside a dining area with a large table and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave and oven. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor, each with one double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Two bedrooms share a terrace. There are two shower bathrooms, one on each floor. A cot, high chair and fan are available. Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are provided.

Porto Cristo beach is approximately 16 km away (16.3 km in the distance table), and La Reserva Rotana Golf Course is 3.6 km away. Pool and garden maintenance takes place several days a week at 06:00.

Mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
