The house has single-floor living spaces on a fenced, private countryside plot. Outdoor areas include a terrace, porches and an artificial-grass area with four sun loungers. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4.5 m and is 1.9 m deep. It is closed from 1 November to 31 March. A porch bathroom beside the pool has a shower adapted for people with reduced mobility.
