Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 500.00 EUR applies. Optional air conditioning costs 15€/night. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The rooftop terrace is reached by internal stairs. Platja de Can Picafort is 250 metres away and within walking distance, as are restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets. The supermarket is 200 metres away and the bus stop is 450 metres away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 58.9 km away, Sa Pobla train station is 12.6 km away and Port d’Alcúdia ferry port is 11.5 km away. There is no on-property parking.
