The apartment has a rooftop terrace with a barbecue, reached by stairs inside the home, and a balcony. The air-conditioned living room has a Smart TV and connects to the dining area and open kitchen. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, dryer, towels and hair dryer are available.

All three bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioning and direct balcony access. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 500.00 EUR applies. Optional air conditioning costs 15€/night. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
