The house has two terraces along its side and rear, with armchairs, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table for all guests, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area offers partial privacy.
On the ground floor, the living room has a television, fireplace and air conditioning and opens to the dining room. The equipped kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A single bedroom with a fan and a bathroom with a washbasin, bathtub and bidet are also on this floor. Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a single bed and two with a double bed each. A second bathroom has a washbasin and bathtub.
A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are available for babies. Wi-Fi and free parking for one car are available. There is no swimming pool.
Colònia de Sant Jordi has a harbour promenade and restaurants. Nearby beaches include Es Dolç, Es Carbó, Es Trenc, Els Estanys and Es Cargol. The area offers coastal walks, snorkelling, kayaking, cycling and boat trips to Cabrera National Park. Other nearby places include Salinas d’Es Trenc, Ses Salines lighthouse, Ses Salines and Santanyí. Golf courses towards Llucmajor and Campos are around 30–40 minutes away by car.
Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR and mandatory final cleaning at 120€/stay apply. The Ecotasa is payable in cash at check-in.
