The house

The villa is arranged over two floors and has countryside views, a garden, terraces with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue and a furnished outdoor porch. The property grounds are fenced and offer privacy. The chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 m and is 0.9–1.8 m deep. A ping-pong table is available.

The living-dining room has oil central heating and a Smart TV. All six bedrooms are heated. Bedroom 3 has an en suite shower bathroom, and the twin bedroom has direct terrace access. Two additional bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub respectively.

The separate gas kitchen includes cooking utensils, crockery, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine and juicer. A high chair and cot are available. Towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for three cars are available free of charge. The house uses solar energy and has recycling measures.

Manacor is 9.6 km away, and Cala Anguila beach is 22.1 km away. Nearby excursions include the Rafael Nadal museum and facilities in Manacor, local vineyards, and the coastal destinations of Son Serra, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, Porto Cristo and Les Cales de Mallorca.
