The villa has a 10 × 5 metre private swimming pool with depths of 1–2 metres, a surrounding lawn and an outdoor shower. A covered porch, furnished terrace and built-in barbecue provide outdoor dining and seating areas. The property grounds are fully fenced, with a few neighbours nearby.

The open-plan living and dining area has a Smart TV and air conditioning and connects to an equipped kitchen with a gas hob and microwave. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. All three bedrooms have wardrobes: one has a double bed and air conditioning, one has twin beds, and the other has twin beds and air conditioning. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and bidet and the other with a bathtub. A cot and highchair are provided. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available, including exterior spaces for three cars and garage parking.

The villa is near Ullaró, outside Campanet on the road to Puerto de Alcúdia. Nearby attractions include the Caves of Campanet and hiking trails in the Serra de Tramuntana. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is about a 20-minute drive away, while Platja de Muro is 18.2 km away.

Pets and events are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in; consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is 47 km away, Sa Pobla train station 5.1 km, the Campanet bus stop 3 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 17.7 km and Hospital d’Inca 11.6 km.

The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season.
