The cottage has a private 9 × 4 m chlorine pool, 0.90–2.10 m deep, with a surrounding terrace, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A barbecue and two porches provide outdoor dining space on a large plot with countryside views.
Inside, the air-conditioned living-dining room has stone-lined walls, an old fountain and satellite TV. An air-conditioned double bedroom contains one double bed.
