## About the house

The house has a spacious living-dining room with a sofa, Smart TV and air conditioning, adjoining an open kitchen with a ceramic hob and microwave. One bedroom has a double bed and two bedrooms each have two single beds; all three have wardrobes, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with a crib and high chair for babies. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, the chlorine pool measures 8 by 3 metres and is 0.5–1.8 metres deep. The grounds include a shaded outdoor area, barbecue and sun loungers. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Sa Pobla is in northern Mallorca, surrounded by agricultural fields and mountains. The town holds a Sunday market, agricultural fairs and the Sant Antoni celebrations in January. S'Albufera Natural Reserve is within walking distance for hiking and birdwatching, and the beaches of Alcudia Bay offer water activities. Playa de Muro is 12.3 km away.

Pets are welcome. Events and smoking are not allowed. An electricity allowance of 18 kW per night is included, with extra consumption charged separately. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A mandatory seasonal tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure to avoid a €90 deduction from the security deposit.
