The rustic house is arranged over two floors. Its open living, dining and kitchen area includes two sofas, a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, a microwave and an oven/stove. Heating and free Wi-Fi are available.

The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds placed side by side, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. A second shower bathroom serves the upper floor. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby, and a washing machine and iron are available.

Outside, the saltwater swimming pool measures 10 by 5 metres, with depths from 1 to 2.1 metres, sun loungers and mountain views. A furnished porch has sofas and an outdoor dining table, alongside a barbecue area. Free exterior parking accommodates four cars.

Alaró is 3.7 km away, with traditional Mallorcan dining and local wines. The nearby Tramuntana mountains offer walking and cycling excursions. Valldemossa, Sóller, Es Trenc and Cala Deià are destinations for exploring the island. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.

The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
